As a trained couples counsellor with a practitioner certification in couples counselling, and currently working towards a diploma, I have received expert guidance from a Relate-trained professional and have also been involved in teaching at Farnborough College. My primary goal is to support both of you in fostering a healthier, more gratifying relationship.

The initial consultation for couples counselling marks the beginning of our collaborative journey. During a brief call or email exchange, we will discuss practical details such as scheduling, fees, and confidentiality agreements.
In our first session, I will create a safe and neutral space where both partners can express their thoughts, emotions, and desires. This allows me to gain a deeper understanding of your relationship dynamics, individual perspectives, and the most pressing issues you are facing. Together, we will establish goals and a roadmap for our sessions.
As a couple’s counsellor, I do not have a predetermined agenda or the power to "fix" your relationship. Instead, I will facilitate open and honest communication, help you explore underlying emotions, and provide guidance to develop healthier relational patterns.
