I'm Sheila, a qualified counsellor and therapist with a passion for helping individuals and couples find healing, balance, and well-being.
With over 20 years of experience, I offer a safe and supportive space for clients to explore and navigate their emotional challenges. As a member of the National Counselling and Psychotherapy Society, I adhere to their good practice guides, ensuring the highest standard of care.
In counselling, I believe in the power of open conversation and active listening. By creating a safe therapeutic environment, we can work together to find a way forward and enhance your emotional well-being. Whether you're facing life events, depression, anxiety, stress, loss, life transitions, or relationship difficulties, I'm here to support you in managing change and living your best life.
Couples Counselling
In addition to individual counselling, I am also a qualified couples counsellor. Through my training with Surrey Counselling Training, I offer sessions that foster understanding, communication, and reconnection in relationships. Whether you're looking to rebuild intimacy or address conflicts, I'm dedicated to helping couples thrive.
My Healing Journey
My journey in healing began in 1998, initially with Reiki and later with the National Federation of Spiritual Healers, now known as The Healing Trust. With over two decades of experience, I bring a holistic approach to healing, including Esoteric Healing and Vortex Healing®. Healing, on physical, emotional, mental, and spiritual levels, brings coherence and supports the body's natural ability to achieve optimal health.
CranioSacral Therapy
In 2012, I became a qualified CranioSacral Therapist through Upledger UK. This gentle, light-touch manual therapy addresses restrictions in the CranioSacral system, which encompasses the brain, spinal cord, and surrounding membranes and fluid. With CST, I've witnessed profound improvements in both children and adults, as it supports the body to correct a variety of restrictions and naturally release the effects of stress.
