I'm Sheila and I provide a range of therapies that can help you with a variety of issues that you may be struggling with. I provide counselling for individual adults and couples, CranioSacral therapy and Energy Healing.

We can work together on a short or long term basis from my practice in Bordon, but I also offer online counselling for individuals which you can access from anywhere in the UK at a time and in a place that are convenient for you.

Fees & availability

Fees per session:

  • Individual therapy (50 minutes): £55
  • Couple therapy (50 minutes): £60
  • CranioSacral therapy (one hour): £65
  • Energy Healing (one hour): £65

Counselling sessions are 50 minutes long. For all sessions please ensure that you arrive on time, as it will not be possible to delay the end of the session.

Cancellation and holidays:

If you need to cancel an appointment, please give 48 hours’ notice to avoid being charged in full for the session.

9am – 6pm
